Meet the newest member of our team, Dr. Tyler Stinnissen!
Dr. Stinnissen brings the most current chiropractic education and clinical neuroscience knowledge as well as a variety of new therapies to the clinic. His areas of expertise are family chiropractic, acupuncture, clinical neuroscience and complex complaints such as chronic pain, concussions, vertigo, and migraines. Dr. Stinnissen is no stranger at the Brain Therapy Clinic as he has worked here on and off throughout his years of school gaining a head start in his chiropractic education and valuable clinical experience.
Dr. Stinnissen’s focus is to help patients achieve their goals; these range from simply being able to confidently walk up and down the stairs to competing in high-level sports. With his patients, Dr. Stinnissen utilizes various physical and brain-based therapies to achieve tangible results. If you have been a patient of Dr. Stinnissen, you know he provides a thorough initial examination, an understandable diagnosis, and a comprehensive treatment plan based on your goals.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Stinnissen is often hiking on the local trails, playing cards, or working on his golf game. He grew up in Peterborough playing football, hockey, and rugby at Adam Scott Collegiate and is no stranger to the results of contact sports on the body. After high school, he completed his Bachelor of Science Degree at the University of Ottawa, and then went on to finish his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2020.
